SERIOUS GAMES CONCEPTION
Conceptualizing Serious Games is our passion. We developped concepts and process maps for various contexts, partners and topics, such as Human Rights in Egypt, Peace Support in Yemen or Reducing CO2 in Germany. The integration of the projects targets like learning content, awareness rising or even behaviour change into an engaging game environment needs experience and the art of game thinking.
ONBOARDING SERIOUS GAME
Corporate culture and values of a company are not easy to grasp in the onboarding process for new employees. Our Serious Boardgame created in close cooperation with Volker Hirsch gathers new staff around a table and let them experience the new environment in a collaborative and enjoyful atmosphere with improved learning outputs.

TRANSFORMING OFFLINE TO ONLINE TRAININGS
Transforming offline to online content for trainings and workshops becomes more and more important in current times. How does this new learning situation changes the didactical approach of my training? What tools are out there to use? How can I create engaging and motivating learning journeys? We conducted hands-on trainings in close cooperation with ITCILO and Madiba Academy for different actors in the world of International Cooperation.

INTERACTIVE DIGITAL LEARNING
Digital Learning and Collaboration can be found nowadays in most of the companies or organisations. But how do you create interactive, motivating and engaging learning material?
